EC-0005 REFERENCES TA-2017-01, TA-2018-03 The Electrical Improvements - Phase 3 at Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal project is to upgrade the existing 12kV electrical distribution system and install new crane substation pad with transformer and switchgears. The work shall include but not limited to site demolition, excavation, and debris removal. The work will also include furnishing and procuring of all electrical equipment, including transformer, switchgears, surge protectors, grounding, power vaults and outlets, underground electrical cables, wires, and conductors, installing new manholes, concrete pads for switchgears, replacing the below-grade distribution switches with at grade pad-mounded switches and replacing the existing duct banks. Provide all labor necessary to complete testing, cleaning, start-up, and initial preventative maintenance to comply with testing procedures.
