Site work for a road / highway in Fairview, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The specific items to be bid are as follows: Item 1 - The removal of existing stone and grassy materials in the three (3) landscaped medians along the center of Grand Boulevard in the Western Woods subdivision. Item 2 - The installation of approximately 4,560 square feet of non-woven landscape fabric in the three (3) medians along the center of Grand Boulevard in the Western Woods Subdivision. The non-woven fabric must be installed in such a manner as to not adversely affect the existing trees in the medians. Item 3 - The installation decorative stone in an amount necessary to sufficiently cover approximately 4,560 feet of surface area within the three (3) medians along the center of Grand Boulevard in the Western Woods subdivision. Bidders must submit at least three (3) types of decorative stone to be eligible to be considered for this project. By submission of a signed bid, the bidder certifies total compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder.
