The required work is aimed at performing preventive maintenance on the generator sets at 35 Rue Otis in Les Escoumins, QC. Semi-annual, annual and 5 year inspections will be necessary to allow adequate preventive maintenance The Contract will be from date of award to December, 31st 2024 plus three individual option years of one year each. There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to get all necessary information regarding conditions that may affect the execution of the contract. There is a security requirement applicable to this Agreement. All inquiries and comments regarding this Request for Proposal are to be submitted ONLY to the Contracting Authority, Gabriel Fortin-Harvey, by e-mail to gabriel.fortin-harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
