The Incorporated Village of Garden City, New York (the "Village"), is currently seeking proposals from qualified individuals and entities authorized to do business in the State of New York to perform a comparative analysis study for building alteration and renovation versus demolition of the Saint Paul's Complex. The Village seeks to receive a full comparative analysis of the benefits and disadvantages to renovate or demolish the existing Saint Paul's Complex. The analysis should be based upon all factors necessary to perform a complete analysis of both options, including but not limited to financial costs, energy consumption and environmental impact.
