Scope of Work The City of Taylor is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to removal and installation of new track and LVT flooring at Taylor Recreation Center located at, 22805 Goddard Rd Taylor, MI, 48180. Project completion date of November 11, 2022 Track Floor Remove and dispose of existing floor and cove Check integrity of existing floor Prep floor per manufacture specifications Installation of ECOsurface ECOfit or equivalent 8.2mm Shock and sound absorbent Slip resistant wet and dry Installation of new cove base and transitions Track surface will be one color and stretching areas doorways will be another color. Track must be stripped and marked with walking and running lane. Please provide sample of proposed product Second Floor Rental Area Removal and disposal of existing floor and cove Prep floor per manufacture specifications Installation of LVT tile with 25 year warranty Installation of new cove base and transitions Wear layer must be a minimum of 22 mils thick and overall thickness should be 0.12" / 3mm.
