The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide a Neighbourhood Rehabilitation Study. The Study will complete a review of the neighbourhood rehabilitation program including review of existing technical information, identify gaps in our technical analysis, development of a decision matrix for determining priority rehabilitation projects, a detailed plan for our short term rehabilitation program of our Old Fort / Sherridon area (next 10 years) and high level review of the neighbourhood rehabilitation program over the lifecycle of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
