C-TRAN is looking for mountable bike racks and parts for the front of C-TRANs fleet of buses, cutaways and Ford Transit Vehicles. The current combination of the bike racks is two (2) position, three (3) position and spin lock racks. The ordering frequency of these items will be on an as-needed basis for the contract life. Interested Bidder(s) seeking clarification for this solicitation shall submit their questions in writing to Procurement via email at procurement@c-tran.org. The deadline for clarification questions is July 18 th , 2022. Interested Bidder(s) shall receive a response to clarification questions via C-TRANs Bid and Proposal Opportunity Page. Questions/Clarifications due: July 18, 2022 Ability to Deliver or ship to: 2425 NE 65 th Ave. Vancouver, WA. 98661 Must be able to provide part to C-TRAN within 7 days Ability to expedite shipping at C-TRANs expense if expedite is requested Ability to provide 2 and 3 position bike racks that will mount on the front or buses, cutaways and Ford Transit vehicles. Ability to provide an equivalent to the current spinlock racks currently in use. Ordering of items will be on an as-needed basis. The contract term for the period of this contract is for three (3) years with two (2), one (1) year optional renewals.
