Renovation of a swimming pool in Paintsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of an outdoor swimming pool.
Project consists of a new masonry pool house including restrooms, shower/changing area, storage, office/cashier and concessions area, renovation of existing pool, new pool filtration building and a Splash Pad. Bids may be submitted for either Contract No.1, Contract No.2 or Both. 1. Contract No. 1 - General Contract (all trades) for general demolition and construction of the pool building and associated concrete work. 2. Contract No. 2 - Pool Contract - for work associated with the swimming pool, swimming pool equipment, swimming pool plumbing and mechanical equipment building.
