The project consists of a series of pedestrian and vehicular roadway improvements in support of the Town of Four Oaks. The project drawings are compiled into one (1) set with one (1) set of specifications. Scope of the project is to include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, inspections, taxes, disposal, and all other items necessary for the successful completion of the project. The Work generally consists of roadway and street scape improvements to include, but not limited to specialty paving, concrete and asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks and curbs, roadway milling and resurfacing, storm water, and landscaping. All final questions and requests for information are due by the close of business on September 28, 2022. An addendum will be released no later than 7 days prior to bid due date Proposals must be made on the blank forms provided in the Contract Documents.
