For purposes of this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFP), a qualified contractor is one who meets the insurance requirements, is familiar with TxDOT Bridge Registrations and coding, and is familiar with working with local municipalities and administrations. The City may interview and select a firm(s) that meets the identified criteria including demonstrated success working with other communities on similar projects.
