The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver Glue Laminated Timber Panel Bridge Superstructure per the attached drawings and specifications. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Glue Laminated Timber Panels including all hardware and materials shall be delivered within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from date of award. (See Delivery) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Nasir Chhipa at nasir.chhipa@VDOT.virginia.gov .The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than five (5) days prior to the closing date.
