Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ephraim, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Karen Huntsman Library Chiller Replacement Snow College 141 E Center St, Ephraim, UT 84627 DFCM PROJECT #23043700 Project Description: Remove and replace the existing air-cooled chiller, piping, chilled water pumps and associated accessories. The base bid for this project will include all labor, materials, etc. to complete the work as outlined in the plans and specifications. The College must have this project completed by spring of 2023 in order to have it functional for the summer. The project described herein is the Snow College Karen Huntsman Library Chiller Replacement. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. B. This Division will schedule the boiler inspection and pay for all costs associated with certifying the boiler with the state QUESTIONS DEADLINE Tuesday, August 16, 2022 3:00 PM Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) Construction Cost Estimate: $295,000.00
