The Cosumnes Community Services District ("District") is seeking information and qualifications from interested firms to provide energy consulting services for the District. The District is inviting responses from qualified companies to provide consulting services for energy efficiency and sustainability including, but not limited to, HVAC optimization, solar and renewable energy, battery storage, EV charging, climate action support, and related advocacy and community relations support. The District intends to enter a two (2) year agreement with the District's right to renew the agreement, for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The District is seeking a qualified company to provide the District with consulting and support on energy efficiency and sustainability including, but not limited to, HVAC optimization, solar and renewable energy, battery storage, electronic vehicle (EV) charging, climate action support, and related advocacy and community relations support. This work could include site surveys, building analysis, collaboration with District staff to implement Board-approved goals and objectives, assistance with the preparation of plans and specifications for new energy efficiency projects, and participation with District staff in developing efficient construction and management practices for new facilities.
