This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for TN Department of Environment & Conservation. 1.The contractor shall begin work no later then October 3 2022 and complete work on or before December 2 2022. All work will be performed between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. 2.This project shall include removal of decayed T1-11 siding replacement with 5/8 decking grade plywood, installation of hardy board and baton siding. 3.This project shall also include window replacement including trim, new attic vents, pre-hung exterior doors and paint. 4. The contractor shall be responsible for all materials, labor, and equipment required to replace siding on one residence at Natchez Trace State Park 5. All work is to be done in accordance with the latest IBC codes. Any deviations from the scope of work will be executed only after written approval is received. 6.The contractor shall be responsible for safety and security of the site during this project. Contractor will use caution tape and barriers where necessary. 7.The contractor shall be responsible for notifying park staff at the end of each day before leaving, as to ensure the site is secure. 8. The contractor is responsible for disposal of all waste off state property. 9.The contractor is to visit site to obtain accurate measurements. This project must be completed prior to December 2, 2022. Respondents may submit written questions about this ITB to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2022.
