Renovation of a municipal facility in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified HVAC controls contractors to upgrade the existing Loytech system at our Centennial Hall facility at 124 10th Street (photo of existing controls and control drawings attached). This proposal shall include the installation of a new supervisor and integration with all existing devices and equipment, a maintenance proposal for the new system should also be included. This is to be considered Phase One of a multiphase, multiyear project to install new controls systems or upgrade existing systems, initially at five additional facilities, with the contractor selected to be considered the preferred contractor for future work.
