The Fox River Valley Public Library is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed vendors who specialize in snow and ice removal measures to furnish all professional services, equipment, labor, and materials necessary to provide snow removal for the Fox River Valley Public Library grounds and parking lots. Location: Dundee Library 555 Barrington Ave. East Dundee, IL 60118 Snow removal and ice control measures for the Fox River Valley Public Library from November 1, 2022 - April 30, 2025. Snow control measures - plow or remove snow from the following at 1" of snow from all grounds (to be completed by 8 a.m., if possible): Parking lot all sidewalks including ones leading to the building and front entry as well as storage shed in NW corner of property, west side ramp and emergency exit stairwells located on the east and north side of building. Ice control measures - Salt or comparable product used on all sidewalks, ramps, entrances, emergency exits and the parking lot. The Proposal will include: References from at least three current or past clients. Scope of service and pricing specifications. The vendor shall possess and maintain Workers Compensation Insurance, General liability Insurance and Contractual Insurance as set forth and provide copies of certificates of coverage. The Fox River Valley Public Library District Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals or waive any proposal irregularities.
