For 25th Street Bridge Over Ten Mile Creek Repairs All Bidders shall provide proof that they are State Certified or State Registered, and a State Registered License shall be based on the possession of a St. Lucie County Certificate of Competency. Specialty contractors shall be required to provide proof of having obtained a St. Lucie County Certificate of Competency. Possession of either a State Certification or County Competency card must accompany the bid. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm that they have all the proper licenses to perform the work.
