The City of Greensboro hereby solicits bids from qualified Contractors to provide Landscape and Debris Removal Services on property maintained by the Coliseum Complex. Period and Terms of Contractual Agreement: The selected Contractor will enter into a contract service agreement with the City of Greensboro to cover the proposed scope of work outlined in Section two (2). This is a one (1) time project. Services shall begin seven (7) days after the bid award, and shall be completed within ten (10) days. Evaluation Process: Bid responses will be reviewed and evaluated after all responsible submissions have been received with the required documents outlined in the event. The City of Greensboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award in whole or part. The City invites all interested and qualified companies or firms to submit a response to the requirements outlined in this Request for Bids. Minimum Requirements: Contractors must meet the minimum specifications and requirements contained in the RFB. Contractors are required to acknowledge all exceptions to the minimum specifications, terms and conditions in their bid response. Failure to do so may result in the response being deemed nonresponsive. The Contractor must document in the bid: available personnel, mowing and maintenance equipment, communication devices, and other resources necessary to perform the described scope of work. Event Questions: Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted through the Greensboro Electronic Purchasing System (GePS). Answers will approximately be posted in the system by August 16, 2022. Rights of the City: The City of Greensboro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received as a result of this RFB; to waive minor technicalities; or to negotiate with all responsive and responsible bidders, to serve the best interest of the City. Further, the City of Greensboro may make a combined award or separate awards of services, whichever is in the City's best interest as it determines in its sole discretion.
