Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
The County of Jefferson, Colorado, by and through its Purchasing Manager, is accepting bids for the Remington Building 1st Floor Heat Pump Replacement Project in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these bid documents. Bidders wishing to participate in this ITB process should ensure they have all addenda prior to submission of bids. Failure to acknowledge receipt of any addenda applicable to this project could result in the rejection of your response. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Any contractor wishing to provide a bid on this project will have an opportunity to meet with the County's representative and address any questions that may arise. All contractors should become familiar with Bid Invitation documents prior to attending the meeting. Submittal requirements are outlined in the Bid Sheet Submittal Checklist.
