The scope of work includes the replacement of the movable floor of the swimming pool with all mechanical and electrical equipment. Reference number : 1629218 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-12 Two separate contracts are planned: - 55723 - Modernization of swimming pool facilities - 55724 - Mobile floor replacement 1-Modernization of swimming pool facilities (No 55723) The general condition of the mechanical installations shows advanced signs of wear and corrosion. All equipment is original. Despite the maintenance work, the mechanical and filtration network is now dilapidated and must be replaced. An upgrade to the standards for the chemical treatment of the pools is also planned in order to meet the normative requirements applicable in this area. However, the project to modernize the CEPSUM swimming pool facilities includes: - Work required to renew the water and air treatment systems of the swimming pool and the diving pool, including work on the pool for a new filtration system with six water changes with a new distribution, the replacement of equipment, including filters, diffusers and chemical controllers; - Replacement of all piping, including control valves, pumps and other equipment to ensure proper water circulation, replacement of sand filters and replacement of chemical tanks to provide better control of water quality. In addition, changes will be made to the pool chutes; - Upgrading the lighting system. - A new air distribution process will be added to the current ventilation system in order to increase its efficiency and to sweep the surface of the water in the basins; - Necessary work on the diving pool and the upgrading of diving equipment: modification of the aprons of the tower, replacement of the springboards (bases and boards) and their surface (mats) as well as the adjustment of the guardrails . - Raising of the swimming pool chute, as well as related work (modification of built-in ladders, raising of cable anchors, podiums). - Selective repair of the ceramic tiles in the swimming pool. 2-Replacement of the movable floor (No 55724) The movable floor, dating from the construction of the pool in 1976 and having undergone numerous major repairs, has now reached the end of its useful life. It was completely replaced and a new mechanical room to house the machinery was installed on the 3rd level.
