LCCC desires to renovate CCC128 such that it can serve as a permanent Board Room for the meetings of the LCCC Board of Trustees. This involves about a 1,630 sf renovation, involving possible HVAC modifications, electrical, lighting, AV/IT, flooring, finishes, ingress/egress modifications, and furniture. Scope: LCCC is seeking Architectural Services and Design Services to Include but not limited to the following: Acquiring all necessary stakeholder feedback, and previous studies, to renovate Campus Community Center Room 128 such that it can serve as the permanent Board Room for the meetings of the LCCC Board of Trustees. Conduct pre-design, conceptual design, design and construction documentation, and all necessary construction bidding documents. Conduct project administration. Conduct project management. Conduct construction administration and any necessary post-construction activities. Coordinate, source and prepare all necessary Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), to include cut sheets, for actual procurement of required FF&E through the LCCC Procurement Office. Prequalify: Before responding to the RFP, all firms must prequalify after attending the pre-bid meeting.
