CONTRACT No.: 22-146GC- General Construction Contract / Roof Construction Contract This contract shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended 43 P.S. section 165 et. Seq. The bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and either a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Stewart Township Supervisors. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of Sixty (60) days once filed with the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
