Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
New Raleigh Fire Station 15 to replace the existing Fire Station 15, which is located at 1815 Spring Forest Road in Raleigh. The consultant services include, but are not limited to programming, design, permitting, bid phase, cost estimating, and construction administration services for the new Fire Station 15, which is proposed to be located on Spring Forrest Road at Millbrook Park property near the current station. The facility is planned to be approximately 17,000 SF meeting operational needs. The construction budget is approximately $13.5M plus city contingency of $1.7M and projected escalation of $3.5M through end of construction in January 2027. Questions submitted via telephone will not be answered. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until January 26, 2024 at 4:00 PM at which time no future questions will be accepted. A summary of all questions and answers may be issued in the form of an addendum. Any comments or questions that arise concerning any requirement that is unclear or objectionable must be submitted electronically
