Bid has been Cancelled The City of Davenport is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to provide engineering services to design a hot water loop heating system (boiler or other system) to provide process heat for digester tanks at the City of Davenport Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). Scope of work under is to provide qualified engineering to review WPCP digester tank(s) heating requirements, design an alternate heating system that can heat the existing water loop to required temperatures in anaerobic digesters.
