Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Milton, Delaware. Completed plans call for the demolition of a two-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Demolition of two-story wood frame structure Property to be demolished: Two Story Wood Frame House 112 Chestnut Street, Milton, DE Parcels (2-35 20.07 87.00) Demolition of two-story wood frame structure, remove the footing, and all debris and trees. All debris hauled to a Delaware approved site. The property will be left in a condition conducive to lawn mowing. Proof of Liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance shall be provided. All Delaware and Federal laws shall be complied with, and the contractor shall supply copies of all necessary permits verifying compliance, including Delaware and Federal laws dealing with the removal of Asbestos. All work shall begin within 10 days of the award of contract and the contactror shall have 30 days to complete the contract. The company awarded the bid will obtain the demolition permits from the town. The Fire Department will contact the utility companies. The company awarded the contract shall have State of Delaware and Town of Milton business licenses. All work is to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices. Once the bid is awarded work shall be completed within 30 working days. The Milton Fire Department, Inc., reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
