Aquatic Center Leak Repair The City of Pendleton is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for the repair of a significant water leak that has been detected underneath the leisure pool at the Pendleton Family Aquatic Center, and the replacement of non-operational pool jets and water feed lines to pool toys. The purpose of this RFP is to hire a contractor to find and repair the leak which is suspected to be in the piping for the pool jets located under the leisure pool, and return the pool to full working order. There are also at least 6 jets that are inoperable from previous issues, and one pipe leading to a pool toy that will also be repaired as part of this project. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all proposals upon a finding by the City that it is in the public's interest to do so.
