Annual Supply of Wood Poles The Brownsville Public Utilities Board will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed bids to the Brownsville Public Utilities Board, Purchasing Office by the given deadline above. No bids will be accepted via facsimile or electronic transmission. The Brownsville PUB reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities contained therein and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the Brownsville PUB.
