KUMC seeks to procure bids for ongoing Landscaping and Snow Removal Services at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Wichita (UKSOM-Wichita) to fulfill the requirements as outlined in the included specifications. KUMC reserves the right to negotiate with selected finalists should it be deemed necessary. There will be no physical sign-in requirement as contact information for all attendees will be collected by a UKSOM-W employee. The University of Kansas Medical Center is requesting a two (2) year contract, with the potential of three (3) additional one (1) year term extensions, if mutually agreed upon by both parties and subject to annual appropriations by the governing body. The University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita (UKSOM-W) is requesting proposals to provide On-Call Services for Landscape, Irrigation and Snow Removal services. The University will rely on the successful vendors expertise in the industry to provide these services throughout the University. To have an on-call contractor in the specified Trade that will be available at short notice to perform Landscape, Irrigation and for Snow Removal outlined in the Scope of Work below on an as needed basis throughout the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. Work ranges from weekly mowing of the turf to snow removal. The Contractor must have the ability and willingness to work with: in-house staff and our currently contracted State on-call architects, engineers, construction, and sub-contractors as needed.
