Renovation of a municipal facility in Turlock, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Turlock (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCO) to conduct energy and water infrastructure modernization upgrades using program savings to fund recommended solutions. The scope of work will include turnkey design-build energy services to make needed upgrades to the City's facilities and infrastructure with the intent to reduce utility consumption, reduce operating costs, find additional funding opportunities and gain efficiencies in operations. Question Cutoff Date: 8/23/2022 Approval of Contract: 9/27/2022 Questions should be directed to: purchasing@turlock.ca.us All questions must be in writing and received at least five (5) working days prior to the closing date for submittal of this Request for Proposal Qualifications (RFQ), to provide time for issuing and forwarding answers. The City will not be responsible for oral interpretations of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The City reserves the right, without limitation and at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all submittals and/or terminate this RFQ process at any time, for any reason, without notice and with no obligations
