Remodeling of a retail development in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 14,600-square-foot retail development.
Project Description: This project consists of remodeling an existing approximately 14,600 SF empty building in the Little Cottonwood Center strip mall. Components of the existing facility will selectively be demolished. The new work of the project will include, but is not limited to: (1) the addition of an enclosed shipping/loading dock; (2) a new open-air courtyard and east facade; and (3) the remodel of space for retail sales, storage, an office, conference room, restrooms, breakroom with lockers, and a stock room The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State. The Multi-Step Bidding Process Request for Proposals documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding which will provide the requirements and due dates and times of all proposals and bids, in addition to dates, times and locations of important events and meetings.
