**As of September 19, 2022, project was awarded to Ap Construction LLC, awarded amount is $46,777.7** Bids are hereby solicited for the removal of an existing 28 ft wooden bridge, installation of a new 30 ft prefabricated fiberglass pedestrian bridge, 4 helical anchors, concrete paving, and related work at South Run SV Park. The Owner will purchase, permit and supply the bridge to the Contractor for assembly. The Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of existing bridge, taking delivery of the new bridge parts at the location of their choice and assembly of the bridge according to the bridge manufacturers recommendations. Work shall include but not limited as depicted on "Summary of Work" This is a lump sum contract. Contract length is 30 days calendar days. All bidders shall comply with Article A-17, Fairfax County Construction Safety of Resolution, Information for Bidders.
