The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of renovations to WFPS Training, Repair and Storage Facility existing washrooms and construction of new shower rooms as shown on drawings and specifications. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Contractor to provide hoarding from floor to ceiling around existing washrooms and construction of new shower rooms during construction for safety/security of site and dust mitigation. (b) Renovation of existing Vestibule 1-46B, Men's Washroom 1-46A and Lockers 1-47 as per drawings and specifications. (c) Construction of new Shower Rooms 1-66E and 1-66F as per drawings and specifications. (d) Electrical upgrades and modifications within Renovated Washroom and New Shower Rooms as per drawings and specifications. (e) Mechanical upgrades and modifications within Renovated Washroom and New Shower Rooms as per drawings and specifications. The funds available for this project are $235,000.00. The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect his/her Bid or his/her performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
