Scope : I-5/Mellen Street Connector Stage 1 #HLP-CNWA(015) The work required for this project includes street relocation construction to include demolition of existing buildings and structures, abandonment of existing utilities, grind and overlay of existing street connections, street widening, new road construction, sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm drain piping construction, and associated improvements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated costs range is $5,000,000 to $6,000,000. It is anticipated that this project will be funded in part by the State of Washington. Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any contract or any subcontract resulting from this solicitation for bids.
