The City of Avon Park will not accept bids from bidders which arrive after 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 1, 2022. ADDENDA It is the Bidder s responsibility to check the Website or by contacting Andy Mogle (amogle@avonpark.city) prior to submitting a bid to ascertain whether any addenda have been issued, to obtain all such addenda and acknowledge the addenda with the submitted bid. All questions shall be directed to Andy Mogle in writing and will be accepted for addenda until Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM in order to provide sufficient time for City to respond appropriately to addenda. The failure of a Bidder to submit acknowledgement of any addendum that affects the bid price(s) may be considered an irregularity and may be cause for rejection of the bid. INSURANCE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements shall be found in these Bid Documents.
