This work will be carried out as part of the Local Road Assistance Program (PAVL) - Support Component of the Quebec Ministry of Transport (MTQ). The estimate and the tender documents can be obtained on the Electronic Tendering System or by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 -669-7326 or at 514-856-6600. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering System. Financial guarantees and other specific requirements are listed in the tender documents. Only individuals, corporations or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement applicable to this contract are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and will not incur any obligation, lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions. The City also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
