The County of Jefferson, Colorado, by and through its Purchasing Manager, is accepting proposals for Van Bibber Trail and Crossings Design-Build Project in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these RFP documents. Offerors wishing to participate in this RFP process should ensure they have all addenda prior to submission of proposals. Failure to acknowledge receipt of any addenda applicable to this project could result in the rejection of your response. Any consultant wishing to provide a proposal on this RFP will have an opportunity to meet with the County's representative and address any questions that may arise. All consultants should become familiar with RFP Invitation documents prior to attending the conference. One representative from each Team is required to attend the Pre-proposal Conference.
