No proposals will be received after that time unless the contract is re-advertised for proposals. Vendors are responsible for seeing that their proposals arrive at the Purchasing Office at the address specified above before the opening date and time. Proposals delivered in person or by express service should be delivered directly to the Purchasing Office. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject for any reason, any or all proposals submitted or any section thereof. No vendor may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening. Vendors are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 {N.J.A.C. 17:27}; P.L. 2009, c.315 "NJ Business Registration Certificate"; P.L. 2004, c.19 "NJ Local Unit Pay-To-Play Law"; and P.L. 2021, c.4, "Iran Investment Activities Disclosure". Vendors are required by law (N.J.S.A 52:25-24.2) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock on the Statement of Ownership Disclosure Form included in the bid. A Non-Collusion Affidavit also must be filed with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with instructions to Vendors and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid. A Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond are all required Bid Bond shall be 10% of the bid but not in excess of $20,000.00
