Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of December 5, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Site Directions: Casper, WY - College Drive from 18th street intersection to the Casper College Fire Science Training Center entrance. Description of work: - Replacement of deficient sidewalk/curb-walk, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, valley gutters, and ADA ramps. - Mill and overlay of asphalt surfacing. - Full-depth asphalt replacement as needed. - Installation of 10' wide concrete pedestrian pathway along the west side of College Drive from West 18th Street to the Casper College Fire Science Training Center entrance. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the City in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each online bid in the form of a scanned electronic copy (NOTE: If your bid is less than $150,000.00 you may submit a Cashier's Check for not less than 5% of the total base bid amount.) The City of Casper, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered.
