Addition to an educational facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,800-square-foot educational facility.
As of May 31, 2023, this project bid for a contractors and all bids were rejected. Construction was done by owner in-house staff and is complete. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Project Description: Create a new, enclosed research laboratory with an area of approximately 1800 sqft within existing Lab 188. Scope to include: mechanical systems with humidity control, electrical services consistent with other labs in the building with connection to existing generators and UPS. Alternates include: process chilled water connections, Starline overhead electrical service, and fume hoods. The estimated project completion date: April 30, 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
