Solicitation No. 36C24522B0008: The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a construction contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the replacement of the High-Pressure Steam and Pumped Condensate Piping from Building 320 to Building 500, at the interface of the east Loading Dock, and replacement of the Medium Pressure Steam and Condensate Piping from Pump Room #3 to Building 314. New piping will be direct buried, except where piping is routed through the existing underground road tunnel between Bldgs. 310 and 314, and the aboveground piping at the Hospital Loading Dock. This project is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV. Project Number is 613-16-302. Competition for this procurement is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
