ACHD is seeking all various sizes and types of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Pipe for any future repairs needed. The deliveries shall be made to the Ada County Highway District Maintenance Yard Sites located at: a. 440 N. Cloverdale Road, Boise, Idaho, b. 3730 Adams Street, Garden City, Idaho, c. or a location as requested. The delivery period for this bid shall be through September 30, 2023. All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation To Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this Bid via electronically, All answers to inquiries will be posted on the ACHD ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 11, 2022. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. Question Submission Deadline: August 10, 2022, 4:30pm Question Response Deadline: August 11, 2022, 4:30pm If Bid Security is required, bids must be accompanied by an original certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as "Bid Security") issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. PDF versions will be acceptable for Bid Submittals. Original checks will be required to be physically delivered to ACHD within 48 hours of the submission deadline. ACHD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to contract in the best interest of ACHD.
