Clarification deadline 8/15/2022 5:00 PM The City of Spokane, through its Integrated Capital Management Department is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to solicit Proposals from Firms for a Nevada Well Station Rehabilitation Study. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: None The City is seeking a qualified engineering consultant experienced in hydrogeology, groundwater modeling, municipal well construction and well rehabilitation for the evaluation of the Nevada Well site. The site evaluation will include aquifer modeling, determining limitations due to groundwater/surface water interaction, seasonal effects of aquifer levels, operating efficiency, and overall system resiliency to determine the feasibility and to provide recommendations for the site to be used to the maximum benefit to the City of Spokane Water System. Deliverables for this project are expected to be technical reports detailing methods, findings, recommendations, cost, and design criteria. The recommendations for the site need to determine local, state, and federal permitting requirements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
