The Town of Duxbury, acting through its Town Manager, will receive responses from qualified firms for Owners Project Manager (OPM) Services for the final design, engineering and construction administration of the new Department of Public Works (DPW) Facility located at 878 Tremont Street (rear), Duxbury, MA 02332. The estimated construction cost is approximately $26,400,000.00 including the negotiated OPM fee, and has been appropriated at Town Meeting. It is anticipated the Project will be completed by Spring 2025. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Department of Public Works Director, Peter Buttkus (781-934-1100 ext. 5500) at buttkus@duxbury-ma.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
