The Boston Redevelopment Authority ("BRA") d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA"), by its Chief Procurement Officer ("CPO"), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for a Fenway-Kenmore Transportation Action Plan 2022 in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, s. 39M, as may be amended, estimated to be for a four-year contract with BRA. A Minority Business Enterprise or "MBE" is a certified firm that is owned, operated, and controlled by one or more individuals who are African American, Hispanic American, Native American, or Asian American who have at least 51% ownership of the firm. A Woman Business Enterprise or "WBE" is a certified firm that is owned, operated, and controlled by one or more women who have at least 51% ownership of the firm. The BPDA is requesting proposals from respondents that have prior experience with multimodal transportation planning, analysis, roadway design, placemaking, visualization, and engagement. The budget for the Plan is one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000.00). The Action Plan is anticipated to last up to forty eight (48) months. Respondents meeting the minimum threshold criteria and quality requirements will be interviewed as part of the evaluation process. The BPDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposal responses and to waive any minor informalities. The award of this contract is subject to approval by the Boston Redevelopment Authority Board and is contingent on availability of funds. Any questions submitted after August 12, 2022 by 5:00pm shall not be answered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
