Custom BT Culver Site JBN Inc 78400 Kugler Site JBN Inc 73750 Whiteface Site JBN Inc 75250 Contractor shall design, construct and complete a sub-surface septic treatment system (SSTS) per MDH/St. Louis County Health Department Rules, Inspections and Operating Approval for the three new Public Works locations in Kugler, Whiteface and Culver. Contractor shall work in conjunction and coordination with McGough Construction Company, TKDA, St. Louis County personnel and all applicable subcontractors in the design and construction of the sub-surface septic treatment system (SSTS).
