Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; stadium; stadium; and playground / park / athletic field.
It is the intent of this specification to seek pricing for an upgraded permanent sound system at the Pottsgrove High School Football Stadium, and a new mobile system at Falcon Field (also at Pottsgrove High School). All materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenant items will be included in the quote, including an optional price for remote programing. For all bids of $10,000.00 or more, each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, bank treasurer's check, Bid Bond, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit equal to 10% of the total bid price, which shall be retained by the School District in case the successful bidder defaults in executing the Contract or in furnishing the required Bonds and insurance certificates within the time specified
