Site work for a municipal facility in Grand Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Grand Haven is accepting proposals for installing tracer wire to our existing underground fiber conduit network. The aim of completing this project is to allow us to collaborate with a qualified vendor in an ongoing fiber maintenance program. This contract will only be for the installation of tracer wire. The City will investigate options for maintenance program contracts after this project is completed. Formal communication, such as requests for clarification and/or information concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to Matthew VanPortfliet, GIS/IT Coordinator, City of Grand Haven via email at mvanportfliet@grandhaven.org, by phone at 616-935-3220, or by mail to 519 Washington Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417. This project will need to be completed and billed by the end of June 2023, the end of the Citys current fiscal year. The City of Grand Haven reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any parts of the same, to waive any irregularities and to accept any bid in its own best interest. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project has an estimated value of $21 K-$ 23 K.
