Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Laval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Road infrastructure upgrades and improvement for the implementation of a structuring mode of public transit of the rapid service by bus in the axis of Notre-Dame and de la Concorde boulevards in Laval. The scope of the project includes road construction, repairs and paving work, sewer and water mains replacement, moving and construction. Note. The value of the project is evaluated as high as $43 million. TIMELINE: The awarded civil engineering professional consultant is working on the development of an opportunity file for the implementation of a structuring mode of collective transport such as rapid bus service (SRB) in the axis of Notre-Dame and de la Concorde boulevards, in Laval. The submission of a first version of the opportunity file for approval by the Government of Quebec is planned for the fall of 2024. In the event that a favorable decision is rendered, the project will continue its progress towards the next stage provided for in the Directive, or that of planning. The project is included in the opportunity study stage of the 2024-2034 Quebec Infrastructure Plan. The project will be followed if/when it proceed to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
