A timeline for award has not yet been established.** BC Project Number: 152830 The Work consists of providing approximately 3,360 linear feet of 4, 6, and 8-inch ductile iron Class 52 water main along Kemp Avenue, Accomac Street, Fenton Street, Newton Circle, and Newman Road; approximately 270 linear feet of 6-inch water main shall be polyethylene wrapped; abandonment of approximately 3,350 linear feet of 3 and 6-inch water main; the installation of approximately 54 water services, 3 fire hydrants, and 4 flushing hydrants; the rehabilitation of 8 manholes; and providing site and pavement restoration and all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein. Work included in this contract shall be Substantially Complete within 300 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences, and it shall be complete and ready for final payment within 330 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences Bids must be accompanied by either a cashier's check or certified check or bidder's bond (AIA 310) in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid amount and made payable to the County of Henrico, Virginia.
