Site work for a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Project consists of demolition of the existing wading pool and spray deck. Installation of new supply piping, drainage piping, spray features and spray deck feature controls. Also, installation of new concrete apron and spray deck, new PIP rubber surfacing at the proposed spray deck area, install of one (1) new shed structure and remove and reinstall existing benches. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation (MassDOT) Highway Division in RECREATIONAL FACILITIES to bid on the above project. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by MassDOT prior to the opening of Proposals.
